1. Workshop operator positions (60 positions in total, no prior experience required)
1. Workshop Belt Operator (20 positions)
Job Responsibilities
Operate belt conveyor equipment according to production work orders, completing material handling, product assembly, or processing to ensure production meets standards.
Check equipment switches, wiring, and lubrication before daily startup. Clean equipment and workstations before leaving get off work to avoid debris accumulation.
Troubleshoot minor equipment jams (such as adjusting belt tension). Immediately shut down the machine and report any abnormalities such as unusual noises or oil leaks to the team leader.
Record daily production quantities and equipment operating hours, and assist quality inspectors in inspecting product appearance and basic parameters.
Job Requirements
Ages 18-50, gender not limited, no education or experience required (new hires receive three days of paid training upon joining, and one-on-one mentoring from experienced employees);
Ability to adapt to the normal temperature of the workshop (fans/air conditioning are available in the summer), and willing to work 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or two-shift shifts (shift workers receive an additional 200 yuan/month supplement);
Dexterity, meticulousness, and responsibility; ability to understand simple production signs (such as “Qualified Area” and “Waiting for Inspection Area”); and no fear of heights or epilepsy;
Obey workshop management, adhere to safety regulations (e.g., no loose jewelry while operating).
2. Workshop water pump operators (20 persons)
Job Responsibilities Responsible for the daily operation of the workshop water supply system, starting and stopping water pumps according to production needs, monitoring water pressure and water level gauges to ensure stable water pressure (not less than 0.3MPa); Check the production water pumps daily and keep maintenance records; Immediately switch to the backup pump and contact maintenance personnel when abnormal water pressure, water pump leakage or excessive noise are found; Assist in counting and assembling water pumps to avoid water waste
Job Requirements:
Ages 18-50, gender not limited, no education or experience required (the company provides equipment manuals and on-site instruction).
Ability to stand for extended periods (rest benches are provided, allowing 10-minute breaks every two hours), and tolerance for minor water damage.
Basic safety awareness, including the ability to distinguish warning signs such as “Water Outage” and “Maintenance,” and remain calm in emergencies.
Strong sense of responsibility, ensuring 24/7 operation of the water pumps, especially during peak production periods (shift work is optional).
3. Workshop tensioner operators (20 persons)
Job Responsibilities
Operate the tensioner equipment to tighten and calibrate components, controlling the tensioning force according to process requirements (tolerance not exceeding ±0.5N).
For every 10 products processed, randomly inspect one and measure its dimensions to ensure compliance with the drawing requirements. Defective products will be promptly isolated and reported.
Clean the equipment surface daily, regularly inspect the tensioner for wear, and promptly replace worn parts (parts are provided by the company).
Cooperate with workshop scheduling and assist other staff with simple assembly tasks during periods of tight production schedules to ensure smooth flow of the assembly line.
Job Requirements
Ages 18-50, gender not limited, no educational or experience requirements (new employees must be able to operate independently within 3 days; those without experience are preferred);
Ability to withstand light physical labor (lifting no more than 10 kg of material at a time), no hand disabilities, and no severe arthritis;
Meticulous workmanship, ability to understand simple dimension markings (e.g., “5mm” and “10cm”), and willingness to learn basic quality inspection methods;
Adaptable to the collaborative work environment of the workshop, able to collaborate with colleagues to complete production tasks, and not shirk responsibility.
Workshop Position Benefits:
Salary: Monthly salary: 6,500-11,000 RMB (4,000 RMB base salary + 2,000 RMB performance bonus + 500 RMB for perfect attendance. More work, more pay. Experienced workers can generally earn over 8,000 RMB).
Benefits: Five social insurances and one housing fund (pension, medical, unemployment, work-related injury, maternity, and housing provident fund) are paid on the day of employment. Medical care and housing are guaranteed.
Food and Accommodation: Three meals a day are provided free of charge (breakfast: steamed buns/porridge/eggs; lunch and dinner: two meat dishes, two vegetable dishes, and soup. Rice is optional). Accommodation is in a luxury apartment (2-4 people, air conditioning, water heater, private bathroom, free WiFi, 100 kWh of electricity, and 5 tons of water per month).

Field Sales Representatives (8 positions, high commission + fully covered travel)
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for offline promotion of the company’s products (such as industrial parts and consumer goods). Develop regional marketing plans (such as presence in shopping districts, community outreach, and on-site visits to businesses).
Introduce product features, pricing, and promotional policies to customers, answer customer questions (such as after-sales support and partnership processes), and guide them toward signing agreements or orders.
Collect customer contact information and requests (e.g., “Bulk purchase needed,” “Demo requested”), compile a table and submit it to the company, and follow up with potential customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets (200,000 RMB/month for new hires, 2% commission upon reaching target; 600,000 RMB/month for experienced hires, 5% commission upon reaching target), and assist the team in achieving overall performance.
Job Requirements
Age 22-40, college degree or above (majoring in marketing, business, or international trade preferred; non-related majors with sales experience are also acceptable);
At least one year of field sales, FMCG sales, or direct sales experience preferred; fresh graduates with no experience but a strong sense of communication and drive are also welcome (the company provides 7 days of sales skills training).
Outgoing, communicative, able to quickly connect with clients (e.g., proactively greet and listen to their needs), and not afraid of rejection;
Able to travel extensively (20-25 days per month, specific regions negotiable with the company, e.g., East China and South China preferred) and adapt to short-term on-site assignments.
Benefits: Salary: Guaranteed ¥8,000/month (no performance requirements, even if you haven’t placed any orders) + Commission (up to 5% per order, with top performers easily earning over ¥20,000/month).
Travel Benefits: Full reimbursement of travel expenses (second-class high-speed rail, train and bus tickets, and taxi fares, regardless of mode of transportation), plus an additional 300 yuan per day (covering accommodation and meals, no out-of-pocket expenses required).

Job Responsibilities
Develop overseas clients and promote company products by contacting buyers in English-speaking and Arabic-speaking regions through channels such as Alibaba International Station, the Canton Fair, and overseas exhibitions.
Communicate with clients in foreign languages (English/Arabic), handle emails, quotations, and contracts, and monitor order production progress to ensure on-time delivery.
Coordinate with logistics (sea and air freight) and customs brokers, process customs clearance documents (such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin), and resolve shipping issues (such as delays and damage).
Monitor overseas market trends (such as local tariff policies and competitive product prices), provide regular feedback to the company, adjust sales strategies, and maintain relationships with existing customers (such as holiday greetings and after-sales visits).
Job Requirements
Age 22-40, Bachelor’s degree or above (majoring in International Trade, Business English, Arabic, etc. preferred);
Proficient in either English or Arabic (either is sufficient): CET-4 English (able to write emails independently and speak fluently); capable of daily communication in Arabic (preferred for Arabic proficiency);
1-3 years of foreign trade experience preferred, familiar with foreign trade procedures (e.g., letters of credit, TT payments, customs declaration and inspection), and understanding of target market culture (e.g., Middle Eastern client cooperation practices);
Ability to travel abroad for extended periods (2-3 times per year, 10-15 days each time, to visit client companies or attend overseas exhibitions, with specialized pre-departure training).
Job Benefits
Salary: Guaranteed ¥10,000/month (no performance pressure, even newcomers can secure a position) + commission (3%-8% based on order value, with additional bonuses for large orders. Annual salary of ¥300,000+ for outstanding candidates).
